I have cloned different type of sequence(non canonical) after t7 promoter followed by a reporter gene.i am using in-vitro/transcription translation for quantifying reporter. can someone provide me reference where people have studied stability using in-vitro transcription or translation

No, I work on g quadruplex, i just want to check how much g quadruplex sequence is stable and its polymerase efficiency to stall/hinder. if the structure is stable after t7 promoter then transcription/translation machinery will be not efficient (polymerase will stall/hinder.)and less reporter gene will be made (luciferase)
