Delta G = 0 indicates the temperature corresponding to the melting point of the secondary structure. The more negative Delta G you obtain, the more stable the secondary structure is. If you are aiming to use the DNA for PCR, it would be advisable to ensure that the Delta G is above 0 at the annealing temperature you are aiming to use.
