I am a PhD student working on a solar still desalination system.
I need to capture the condensation rate on the cover or outlet.
I have achieved some progress but I need some help here.

It is generally easier to predict the evaporation rate using equations that exist in the literature. And for many cases, you can assume that all the vapor does eventually condense (i.e evaporation rate = condensation rate) with very small error.
