I have cellular culture growing at 28°C (teleost fish), and have continuously preserved that temperature during centrifugation and suspension. I marked a counter of that and put 200000 in a eppendorf tube and put fluorochrome (FITC-IgM) indierctly; this Ab need around 4°C incubation. I think that cells would become streesed or simply die around 10% of total. What do you think about the viability?
