Cells storage temperature after fixation with 70% Ethanol?

I work with HACAT cells and wanted to analyse the DNA content of cells by DAPI with flow cytometry. After harvesting, the cells were fixed with 70% ethanol on ice for 30 min. After fixation, Is it ok if i storage them in refrigerator (4 degree) for a week or do i need store them at -20 degree freezer?

If you plan to store them for longer periods, you might consider storing them at -20°C, but for a week, 4°C should be perfectly fine.
