Is there any cell surface marker special for human cells, nor for mouse, so I can use this marker to separate human cells from mouse brain?
I have injected human glioma cell lines in mouse brain. After 3 months, tumor tissue is removed and digested to single cells, Then I get quite a large number cells. I want to use gradient solution to purify and get only tumor cells. The problem is that I can not find such a protocol. So now I am think maybe I can use a special marker for human cells to purify tumor cells by magnetic beads.

We have just used an antibody against HLA-A. This is one of the MHC class I proteins. Worked well.
Thanks a lot to Justin Mott and Robert J Walter. Since human MHC class I antibody may be downregulated on tumor cells, I am still not sure whether this glioma cell lines still express enough HLA-A. I will first do FACS analysis about HLA-A expression on tumor cells(which is GFP positive). Hopefully, it can work.
Lulu - I agree with Jutsin and Robert re use of an MHC Class I ab. But I suggest broadening the scope to a more general ab. Most folks are HLA-A, but a significant number are HLA-B or HLA-C. Use of HLA-ABC ab will help you avoid potential problems. I've used this for years on hu tumor cells grown on rat stroma with very good success. In only about 1% of the tumors was there enough down-regulation of the class I ag to cause a problem. Your combination of GFP+ and HLA+ should be a good work around for potential down-regulation issues. Good luck.
