We found a few CD11b-CD11c+ cells in frozen sections of wounded skeletal muscle. It's day two after wounding and we find no T cells yet, so they most likely won't be T cells. What else could they be? B cells? Can we expect them this early?
Apologies for the bad quality of the picture. I also removed the DAPI so the staining is easier to see. CD11b is red, CD11c green. There are two double stained cells (CD11b+CD11c+, what we were going for) right in the middle.
