Nowadays people are using so many medicines without any prescription. Every drug has their own side effects. Is it possible that this increases cancer cases.
In my opinion is due to better diagnosis. Of course not so simple, but before people died iwth cancer without knowing it, nowadays, diagnosis and knowledge enhanced a lot, so people know that they have cancer, that should be one reason why "Cases of cancer are increasing very rapidly"
The question and your guess is worth to float but here conflict is that undoubtedly uncontrolled medicine use will impose few to many effects but directly relating such practices with only Cancer is incomplete and inappropriate. A possible explanation given by Vinicius is appreciable but diagnosis developments equally claims other diseases also. Also the diagnosis confirms the Cancer existence in a person but not its direct relation with uncontrolled self prescribed medicine practices.

Any drug is always a compromise between benefits and side effects. Many drugs are not tested as potential carcinogens, so this can never be ruled out until there is a clear answer from experimental tests. We must also consider that our body is an open system and our genome interacts constantly with everything that enters the system, and suffer constant changes. From this point of view, our knowledge is still very limited.
Least chances are there for a cell to become cancerous. Long medication with continuous change of salts may trigger cells to act differently, and in my opinion such cells are brought under scrutiny by the surrounding cells and are killed. If the cancer patients are increasing, may be because of the altered life style, For e.g., Junk food can cause intestinal cancer, Liquor can cause liver cancer, cigarettes can cause lung cancer, and in India people chew tobacco which cause mouth cancer, a charred part of roasted chicken can cause cancer, and if I am not wrong these habits are more or less associated with the life style. Contamination of food chain introduce xenobiotics the confirmed source of cancer. In addition to this, inability of cells of a person to quench the free radicals or its toxic manifestations leads to the cancer development which may be a genetic disorder inherited from the parents. I have not yet gone through any research claiming the medication a potential cause of cancer.
Yes, its true cancer is also resulting of use some unusual medicine. There are lot of different types of medicine are available in market. Some later cause cancer. This increase cell proliferation and uncontrolled differentiation, this all working depend on due to over expiration of some proteins in cell.

I think so the main reason for cancer that people are very much exposed to ultraviolet rays and because of medicine also
The increase in cancer cases not only due to medicine but also by preserved foods especially meats, increasing smokers numbers, fish from polluted water source, and long term exposure to polluted air exhaust from vehicles and industries. Firstly, we need to figure what kind cancer is increasing, which can give an idea to find the route cause for the cancer. Currently, almost 80% of food has artificial food colourants and preservatives that may show chronic cancerous activity.
Environmental factors and people lifestyle are the main reason for cancer. Although, regular using of medicine is also enhances the risk factor for Cancer
