Viruses are using cell machinery for its amplification. After enough number of replication cycle it leaves cell and attack next cell. Is there any chance of changing pH of that infected cell during amplification process? I mean whether pH values of cell is increasing at the time of its genome replication and translation process and pH value decreases when cell is dying because of degrading enzymes.

Sure. pH stands for the concentration of H ion in solution or a cell. Therefore, it is common for a cell to change its pH so as to adapt to various change of environment. so it is true for cell dying due to viral infection.
The dye is involved in the acido-basic equilibriun that exists within the cells. So it is expected that it modifies the intracellular pH. The question is to define the smallest concentration of dye which is necessary to observe/measure the intracellular pH.
Always keep in mind that organells (e.g. lysosome) often have a different pH than the rest of the cell.

I am not a Virologist myself, but there are different types of virus that have different strategies to be freed from the the cell that should give different outcomes. In general lines what I would expect is:
During infection, DNA double strand breaks and ROS are bound to vector entrance and integration into the host chromosomes.
During lysogenic phase, some virus can affect cell cycle progression and cell metabolism, resulting in a differential use of cytosolic glycolysis/mitochondrial oxidation and thus resulting in mild ROS production (at this stage, pH is better buffered due to tight ion exchange in the membrane and organelles), once oxidation rises over thershold it is reasonable to expect malfunction of proteins (channels and pumps) leading to ionic miss-regulation and pH changes due to severe damage in organelles, such as lysosomes.
During lytic phase, enveloped RNA virus will overload the cell with nucleic acids while compromising membrane stabily, so I wouldn't expect the increase in free H+ to be confined. But I never tested myself.
If you test pH using different viruses (envelope/naked, violent/lysogenic) and different cell types (mitochondria-rich, lysosome-rich, low-oxidative metabolism, ...) please add the results to this topic, I would been keen to read them.
