Dear Colleagues, we are interested in peptide based drugs approved by FDA so far. We got brief information about these drugs from FDA site, we need more information like amino acid sequence, drug targets, half-life in vivo/vitro, modifications (post translation modifications, non-natural amino acids), efficacy etc. I will highly appreciate if you give us link of resources on peptide (or protein) based drugs.

information of peptide drugs is very scattered.Here is one article having more than 50 peptide drugs either approved or in different phases of approval. also it contains some references, might be useful for dragging the information. Please see the attachment.
