Hello Everyone,
I'm in need of recommendations to label primary monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies that i'm using to make a specific flow cytometry panel. Some of the markers are low expressed and so I need the brighter staining you get from a primary direct conjugate.
Do you have any recommendations for commercially available kits that I could use to do this?

From my point of view, most of the kits would do the job. The more critical point is the purity and concentration of your antibody sample. Therefore, in some cases, a gel filtration, dialysis, buffer exchange or concentration step might be advisable. However, in many cases, a lacking signal is not caused by a poor stain, but a poor antibody. This would not change with a different label. For markers of low concentration, you need high-affinity antibodies.
