Shrikaant Kulkarni Thankyou for your responce , But as i had already mentioed that i want to use GNP as an additive in anyother lubricant for the lubrication of MEMS. Synthetic lubricants can not be used a lubricant for the lubrication of MEMS becuase they have high viscoity. they will propduce drag in high sliding operation. that is not good for the high sliding operations of MEMS devices.
