I think this is not a good idea. Most of the time when you stain and then fix, you will lose your signal or get artifact signals which are not interpretable. Annexin V staining is really meant to be performed on live cells only.
You can stain cells with Annexin-V-FITC and fix with PFA and store in 4 oC but preferably not longer than 2-3 days. Otherwise you would lose your signal (either bleaching of fluorochrome or detachment of Annexin-V from cells).
