I have always supported this idea that research gate can add a journal publishing component so that members or researcher can also submit their manuscript for peer review. Researchers who review manuscripts should also be awarded recognition and points to up their RG score.

I want to do the same. One way can be create a new perfil for Journal that a new researcher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely it is possible but some people have to ensure the extra works which can be termed as the organizers and they will convene or organize the respective journal of each type. Before that, there should be a general convener with the joint conveners of sense of multidisciplinary to organize the whole things.
