On Web pages of predatory and faithful OA publishers offer names of peers who work as editors and reviewers. Those working for faithful OA publishers are to be appreciated, but what about those working for the predatory ones? Many of the names appearing on Web pages as linked below may not even know they are reviewers because the names are just put on the list without real connection to the publishing company.

Why can't legal action be used against those people who are convicted of collaboration with predators?
