Of course you will only get bacterial stuff or nothing. I've tried this kind of experiment, and the dirt in the feces is a big trouble affecting the extraction of exosomes. Maybe you can try a rectal rinse, so you may get the exosomes you want. Good luck!

Hi Adel,

Did you try to isolate exosomes using size exclusion chromatography (SEC) columns? And maybe before hand do an ultrafiltration?

It might help cleaning your sample.
