Can we apply Linear regression of polynomial on the anodic and cathodic part of the voltammogram ?

currently, i am working on the cyclic voltammetry for the chemical/bio spices detection.i am stuck on the repeatability of the electrodes are not same at all time, voltage and current shifting are there.
