A 10mM His buffer formulated at pH 6.2 (at 25*C) reads 6.4-6.5 when removed from a 2-8*C cooler. If you were to use this cold buffer to dilute a mAb which is currently in the same pH 6.2 buffer and is at room temperature, will the temperature difference (and thereby the pH difference) have any affect on the final pH of the system?
