No need to autoclave or sterilize fungicide. We can use it directly for in-vitro study. If autoclave fungicidal activity could destroy and will not get proper results.
In my opinion, I don't prefer autoclaving any fungicide or antibiotic, because the most of fungicides and antibiotics are not thermal stable. So, they were destroyed by heating.

Some antibiotics can be added before autoclaving such as chloramphenicol (about 100 mg per liter), because it's not affected by autoclave temperature. Therefore you can use it as a safe antibiotic.
Fungicides must not been autoclaved, but they can be used directly without autoclaving. They have been added to the medium after autoclaving under sterile conditions.
