Hi,

As part of my research work, I require to perform semipreparative chromatography to isolate phenolic rich fractions from crude seaweed extracts (mostly brown algae). The majority of these phenolics are found to be phlorotannins (with a molecular weight range from 350 to 750g/mol). These compounds tend to be separated at the aqueous phase. Previously, similar work has been done with semipreparative Kromasil C-18 (8*250mm), 0.5microne which potentially work for this. However, it helps a lot if someone could share their thoughts or provide me with a better option.

Thanks.
