I'm looking for a culture vessel of some kind, with a opening of at least 25mm, and dimensions closest to 60mmx30mmx5mm. Preferably not round but flat. The only option I now have is a T150 flask of corning(25mm opening) but the flask is way too big. The brand doesn't matter a C02 exchange screw cap or something alike would be nice.
If you choose the big one (50 ml) you should use around 7 to 8 ml of medium. Good luck!

I use the T150 flasks, but it's a bit of a waste, because I only need around 60x30mm of space. I've used petri dishes already but they get contaminated too fast.
The cells are already in a sort of slide, and the slide needs to be placed in a culture vessel. When i take the petridishes to the microscope the fluid starts to move and the slide as well. Sometimes the fluid reaches the top and causes a leak. I had a fungus infection after 1 day. The sizes of the slide are approx. 60x25x3mm. I've tried normal 50ml tubes, but there is no exchange of CO2. The tubes that Daniel recommended are perfect. They have a flat surface, on which the slide will remain. Easy to use under the microscope and it also has a CO2 lid. The opening is 30mm i believe so it should be perfect. Still waiting to hear back from the company though
I highly recommend TPP tissue culture plastice. In addition to 50ml tubes that have a flat optically useful side they also have flasks with peel away top surface. The 50ml tubes have the same culture attaching surface as a small 35mm d plate but NONE of the contamination problems. I haven't used the ones with the peel back top surface but they sound like they might be good for your purpose. (and they ship quickly if the company you are contacting now is taking a while.)

Try to use petri plates, there are many sizes, hope you can chose something..
