Can someone provide a simple method for isolating Circulating Tumor Cells (CTCs) from mice blood? I need a protocol that doesn't require antibodies and can be done manually.
There are many commercially available size-based filters you can try -- for example, screencell (or something like it).
You could also try density gradient centrifugation with something like histopaque followed by filtration to get a more CTC-targeted (in the sense of size) approach.
