Dear Mr. Stefansson, i have tried two protocols which although are basically same, but have measured absorbance at either 260nm or 540nm..both of them have yielded no result..however i am gonna try a new protocol according to which they have added FC reagent and abs is at 660nm..lets see how things turn out to be..thanks a tonne for your reply!
