Currently using R&D pan-VEGF monoclonal antibody (MAB293-SP). This antibody works as I was able to detect purified VEGF. BACT loading control looks great, but I cannot detect any VEGF from my HUVEC samples. If anyone has any experience detecting VEGFA in HUVECs please share. Thank you.

you can do :
1- increase amount of cell lysate loading ( such as 40 ug/well)
2- hypoxia condition increased VEGF-a expression in HUVEC cell line .

3- you can used from HCT116 , human placenta or human lung cancer tissue as positive control in your page .
