Can someone offer some suggestions for making porcine IVF work?

I am trying to standardize a porcine IVF protocol for my gene targeting experiments. I am using NCSU-37 for IVM and percoll gradient separation for sperm processing following usual standard protocol. I am using PGM for fertilization and PZM for IVC. The semen sample used in the experiments is BL1 extended porcine semen. I have tried a sperm COC co incubation of 10 minute-3 h-6h, but nothing seem to be working for me at the moment. I would really appreciate if someone would share some of their expertise with me. Looking forward to some helpful inputs.
