I would like to Knock out a gene in a cell line by using CRISPR/Cas9 method. In in order to increase the efficiency of the KO, I intend to use multiplex CRISPR/Cas 9 and for that, I need a plasmid that can harbor two sgRNA, with a GFP for sorting transfected cells.. In my lab , we don't have it. Can some one provides me with it please?
