Software for reservation/remote control?

Hi,

We are looking for a reservation software to book a workstation where dataset are located AND be able to remote control the station.

It should: allow booking / create ID/Login session for the owner of the reserved slot. Any software you are using for this purpose beside 2 distinct one (reservation - remote control) ?
