V= D x W / C

I convert my data:

Dose was 50 umol/kg and now is 0.05 mml/kg

Weight was 25 g and now is 0.025 kg

Concentration was 0.5 mol/l and now is 0.5 mmol/ml

I apply the formula:

V= 0.05 x 0.025 / 0.5 = 0.0025 ml

1 Milliliters = 1000 Microliters

So Volume was 0.0025 ml and now is 2.5 ul

Finally, what is the volume in ml to be administered to a mouse of 25 g for Resovist at a concentration of 0.5 mol/l, for a dose of 50 umol/kg? The answer is 2.5 ul.
