I'm planning to do immunofluorescence analysis for plant tissue(leaf).

And I need to find an appropriate buffer to conduct the same.

I used PBS for fixing, washing and diluting antibodies when I do immunofluorescence analysis for plant tissue(leaf).

Can I conduct the experiment like this?
