I am seeking the confirmation as to whatever or not it is correct to autoclave media containing organophosphate insecticide. Because my experiment set up the biodegradation of insecticide by pure bacterial culture in broth under sterilized condition. For sterilization, autoclaving is my preferred methods. But I am concerned about putting organophosphate insecticide that is heat sensitive. so that it may be volatile at a given temp. 1210c during autoclave.
So please suggest me what a best of option for sterilization of bacterial growth media supplement with organophosphate insecticide before setup the bio-degradation process.
The proper technique is to add the pesticide after after authoclaving the mineral salt medium.

You cannot also make any preferences for sterilization methods. The proper thing to do is allow the nature of the material to make that choice. Why don't you sterilize the insecticide separately and then aseptically mix it with sterile minimal medium. That way you will be able to report the actual contributions of your pure microbial cultures on the degradation of the compound.
If I understand, you have run an experiment using media containing an organophosphate insecticide and you now need to dispose of the waste media. The problem is that proper disposal of the media requires sterilization and that sterilization typically involves autoclaving. The concern is contaminating the autoclave, the lab, and the person operating the autoclave with pesticide.
If possible, check the thermal stability of the pesticide. It is possible that the pesticide will degrade in the autoclave. This could be good, or it might produce even more toxic breakdown products.
I don't know the regulations at your institution, so I don't really know your options. In this situation I would consider UV light sterilization or irradiating them. Other options might be chemical sterilization or chemically altering the OP before autoclaving. Such activities will probably increase your risk of exposure to whatever is growing in the Petri dishes.

Actually sir, I am working on microbial based remediation of orgaonophosphate insecticide like monocrotophos and chlorpyrifos. But problem is that these pesticide are semi-volatile compounds. And when we have supplement it in bacterial growth media before inoculation of study bacteria culture, we need to sterilization of media for maintaining the sterilize condition or controlling the contamination of other microbes.
That time, I am not confirm about that, we supplement the insecticide in media before sterilization of media or after sterilization media for checking the degradation these insecticide by my pure culture bacteria.

Durgesh, the correct way has been written by P.s. Kayshap. Firstly, you can sterilize your culture media. After this, you can filter your pesticide through a syringe (please see attached pic) and add both together
