I work on kind of chitosan nanoparticles(Cs-NPs) as gene delivery vectors. I want to find the ability of the plasmid-complexes in preventing DNA migration by gel electrophoresis. sorrily there is no access to chitosanase to hydrolyze Cs-NPs to find their stability. so I am searching to know a good replacement such as lysozyme to degrade nanoparticles. is it possible to hydrolyze them by lysozyme?Is there any way to break them with lysozyme? how can I do it?

you question are vague, however if you want to assays the stability of complexes (pDNA-cs), you can use of Dnas I as degradation agent of nucleic acid, in period of times.
