I used laminin at a concentration of 10ug/ml for growing mice cortical neurons. Can I store it in -20 and re-use it?

Hi Pranay,
No, you can't re-use laminine twice. Because of the sterility of the solution and the concentration won't be the same at all ! However, coated plates and diluted coating solution can be kept at 2-8°C for up to 4 weeks. Seal the plates (e.g. with Parafilm®) to prevent evaporation. Laminin will be inactivated if let dry.
