Can in-situ hybridization detect protein condensates?

I am trying to detect protein condensates at the endogenous level in tissue samples. I understand that IHC or immunostaining is the preferred method for this purpose. But just in case, can we use in situ hybridisation for detecting protein condensates in tissue?
