I have CT scan dataset in the form of DICOM meaning for a single CT scan I have 100 layers. Should I feed the whole data into my deep learning model or should I feed the single malicious layer into my model. Thankyou

You can use both approaches depending on a task.
Usually it is simpler to convert DICOM images into NIFTI images prior processing to reduce processing complexity. You can use https://github.com/icometrix/dicom2nifti for this process.
Next, I can suggest to use Monai framework which is contain build-in features to handle medical 3d images.
