Hi, I have natural polysaccharides and their modified derivatives. I want to test them for antibacterial activity but some of samples are too viscous at 10mg/ml that they don't get into the tip of pipette , I cannot load them properly into well. Most of these viscous samples reduce their viscosity in saline solution. So I was wondering that can I use normal saline 0.9% as solvent to disperse my samples for antimicrobial studies ?
