currently I am working on c2c12 cell line and concentrating on the differentiation process of it. I have found that unlike proliferation differentiation process requires no growth factor . aim-v media is totally depleted of GFs whereas regular differentiation media contains 2% horse serum (low GF content). as i am new in this field can anyone suggest me what to do ? can i use only aim-v media for myoblast differentiation?

Yes, just follow the instruction provided by the company except for fresh medium at 48h intervals up to 14 days. You will see array of cells, fusing together, eventually twitching irregularly here and there.
