I haven't got an unlabeled DNA probe of the same labelled (biotin) probe. I was wondering if it is mandatory to use the same unlabeled probe or can I use a different probe, which I am certain that my protein will bind to?
Thanks,
Kiran :)
Thanks Alice :)
