i'm trying to extract and quantify cellulase form cereal leaves using Megazyme kit CellG5.
Since I have a lot of samples, can I store the leaf samples in -80C, then take out for cellulase extraction and quantification later?
Do I need to use fresh or freeze dried or air dried or oven dried leaf?

As I know, There are many ways to extraction samples based on Agriculture and chemistry such as Aquoase phase system or laceration method.
This present work will be useful for your questions, Hopefully.
I think you should consider this temperature effect as 80oC may be too high for most enzymes except extremozymes. Therefore if your assay or determination procedure involve the Cellulase activity or if you are interested in the enzyme activity, I advise you shouls store your sample at refrigerated temperature.
