I am planning to check effect of fruit extracts on Caco-2 cells and DNA oxidation in them. As a oxidizing agent I planned to use H2O2.
Has somebody used this test for cells interacting with fruit extracts? May extracts interact somehow with the reagent and bias the results?
And my last question: I read that CellRox can be used with other staining reagents? Is it sense to use it together with propidium iodide?
