Broken anterior processus in one os malleus is almost the same size as manubrium. Is anyone met similar change ? Maybe it's normal variability ?

The stirrup seems to have otosclerosis, but I'm no expert.
Perhaps a physical anthropologist specializing in pathology could help you.

There is a possibility of variability due to occupation which is also reflected in tibial distal end; but histolgical examination is needed first to rule out osteopathology.
My answer was toward tibial distal end exostosis-malleolus. If you mean ear ossciles, then it is not occupational, but to pathological or even traumatic osteosclerosis.

Hello Oskar! In our egyptian ossicle collection (the better preserved) we never found such kind of exostosis, nor in the other cases from various sites in Italy. Wether pathological or not it may be an opportunity to verify possible breakage of the process.
