Our -80°C deep fridge stopped working, temperature came to +2°C, my grinded leaf tissue samples are thawed which I have stored for Methylome sequencing. When I saw +2°C temperature, I immediately transfer my samples to other -80°C deep fridge. Can I still isolate gDNA from these samples for methylome sequencing?

To the best of my knowledge, DNA is a stable polymer. I do not think that thawing to 2C will effect the methylome status. Just try to purify & extract the DNA from the grinded tissue at the earliest and keep the DNA stored at -20C.
