I am planning to do some viability assays using oocytes from a marine animal. I did not found recommendations about trypan blue dilution since the commercial one is diluted in freshwater or PBS and I am worried about cause an osmotic chock. A lot of works have used trypan-blue to access the viability of oocytes from marine mollusks, but none of them (and I've read around 20), states how trypan blue was diluted.
