Estimating readily-releasable vesicle pool size from EPSCs?

Hi all,

I am using a 10Hz stimulation protocol to elicit 5 EPSCs to assess short-term plasticity, and have observed short-term depression. I was wondering if it is possible to estimate the size of the readily-releasable pool from a 10Hz stimulation protocol/from just 5 EPSCs? I know it is often estimated from 100Hz stimulation by plotting the cumulative amplitude of EPSCs.

Also, is there any more information I can get out of analyzing these 5 EPSCs?
