I would like to know if I can conducte a Bivariate Pearson's Correlation test with factors/variables taken from a previous Factor Analysis? The idea would be to investigate the correlation between different factors along the studie.

If you mean, can you take factor scores from a previously presented study and compute correlations among them? If the factor scores are furnished, yes. If they are not furnished, and you don't have access to that data set in its per-variable form, then no; you won't be able to compute correlations.
If you mean, can you take published factors, and collect your own sample data set for the associated measure/s from which the factors were identified, compute your own factor scores and correlate them, then again, yes.

Rs Silva Correlation analysis is based on the assumption that all observations are independent of one another. As a result, it should not be utilized if the data contains more than one observation of a single individual.
