Can I add 6-10% bacterial inoculum on growth curve with heavy metals?

I want my growth curve in short period. If I will add high inoculum, It will create any problem?

I have a spectrophotometer with temperature controller and capable for record reading each minute but some times this system getting hang after 8 hour and the number of cultures are large thats why I want my growth curve within 8 hour.
