Can anyone suggest a modified method for RNA extraction in samples having concentration of polysaccharide like pectin and xyloglucan ?

while using the TRIZOL RNA extraction method. In the precipitation step using isopropanol, polysaccharides like pectin and xyloglucan also get precipitated along with RNA, hindering the following steps. Can anyone suggest any solution for this?
