Can D2.A1 be an option for generation metastasis via intramammary fat pad injection with surgery?

I saw a lot of articles about the 4T1 cell line for generating metastasis via intramammary fat pad injection + surgery. However, the preliminary plan is to work with D2.A1 because it is more accessible.

Did anybody try it and have a decent metastatic load with D2.A1?

Does anybody know the reason why not to use it?
