LMSC imaging used in many samples for flurescence of live animal samples. Can we use this technique for detection and distribution of curcumin in live plant tissues?
Hi, I asked something similar. I hope someone knows about this topic.

Unfortunately, till now I did not have a study in this field.
I use comments. Thanks
With the best wishes

Dear kalidasu,
Curcumin fluorescence can be quantified easily but remember curcumin is photosensitive so be careful in data recording.
