I had gone through 3-4 research papers i got much information but its concluded that even though reverse gyrase adds positive coils its nothing to do with stability of hyperthermophiles......i wants to know more about this can u please tell me currently who is working on this topic.

Why don't you try PUBMED. May be it will help you to know who is working on such a topic and where.

True, yet while some have found conflicting results, others still see its role in DNA stability. For example, check out Jamrose et al. 2013 J Biolog. Chem. Taken from their abstract: " Our results suggest for the first time that a reverse gyrase shares not only structural but also functional features with evolutionary conserved helicase-topoisomerase complexes involved in genome stability".

I read one paper i came to know that,both DNA gyrase and reverse gyrase are present in the

hyperthermophilic bacterium Thermotoga maritima.As per my Knowledge reverse gyrase introduses positive coils.
