A transwell will not keep the media separate, so if you attempt this the two media types will blend together.

Dear Sarita Giri, so, how did you solve this problem in the end? I am now facing the same problem, and thinking if I should try to mix the two different mediums firstly before adding them into the lower and upper compartments of the transwell system.
